Eric is an integral member of the operations and client service team for the firm’s Private Wealth clients. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Operations team, and also for the strategic direction of the Department including items such as identifying and implementing tech developments, initiatives to control expenses, employee development, and implementation of new processes. Prior to joining Shepherd Kaplan Krochuk, Eric served four years as a US Army officer, serving two separate tours to Iraq. Upon transitioning from military service, Eric served as a Senior Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton working in support of the Department of Defense, after which Eric transitioned industries and spent several years working in logistics as both a planner, and senior manager for The Home Depot. Eric’s diverse professional background provides a unique prospective in helping drive various firm initiatives. Eric attended Siena College where he received a degree in Economics.
